So everybody has been asking me what we've been up to since we haven't blogged in so long. Trying to find the time has been difficult, but I'll just condense our lives so people know what we've been up to and what we are up to.
For some reason I've taken up activities that I haven't done for -oh 10yrs. or so. I play soccer Monday, Wednesday and Friday, V-ball on Thursday, and we have a tennis match against the Foy's every Sunday. Bens plays soccer on Thursdays, and Trey has soccer practice every Wed. and games on Saturday. I've become a little too obsessed with playing, but those who want to take up soccer just let me know cause we put togethor teams every season.
We've also started about 10 different company's in the last year.
www.blanksnowboards.com, Benson and Rob's baby has just launched. Whoever needs a board come our way, you can get all the info on this site and although Jeannie and I felt like neglected wives while our husbands went snowboarding ALL the TIME, we are proud of them for doing a really good job. Bens also has been doing a website with some friends called
www.visitmyreception.com that is a really cool website for engaged couples. I have recently started a non-profit org. called MACE, (Mothers for Afordable Clean Energy) our website is
www.macenergy.org and this has become my obsession lately. We are getting the website giong, slowly, but I'm working with the most amazing women; Judy Shiffman, and Paula Coggins. Basically, what we are doing is informing the public about energy, (coal, oil drilling, oil shale, ) and informing people about all the things that the exreme environmentalists don't want you to know. We'll be working with politicians to help move drilling in our country along and get away from depending on the middle east and Venezuala.
Benson has also been working on a car dealership called Amicus Auto, two rental properties (in S.L. and Ogden) companies called 5M and Pareto that are investment companies that Benson started two or three years ago, and doing law work for Powder Mtn., friends that need a lawyer for whatever reason, and the full time attorney for Delta Advisors, and EPF.
But I think the hardest thing I'm tackling right now is potty training Colton and Brynn. Heaven Help Me, who would of thought potty training could be so damn hard!?! Any advice would be great. Do you think you should ask them if they need to go or let them ask you? and although I've done this before with Trey, Brynn and Col don't seem to care if they are wet and dirty. I'm open to advice at this point so send it my way.
